BioWare announced recently that Star Wars: The Old Republic will be going free to play this Fall. Those playing for free will be able to experience everything that the game has to offer with very few limitations, while subscribers will enjoy additional content and a special currency used for redeeming premium items. CraftStudio 3D Game Creation Software

CraftStudio is a promising little game development program that flew completely under my radar. What is CraftStudio, you ask? As described by another, it’s like a cross between GameMaker and Minecraft. Tekken Tag 2 Official Site Goof Ups

The English Tekken Tag Tournament 2 website has been updated with character bios, and there are some pretty amusing goof ups. The concept of a Lars being from a country named “Karate” or Heihachi’s fighting style actually being called “Heihachi Mishima” are somewhat amusing. Continue reading

14 Killed, 50 Wounded At Dark Knight Rises Screening

A heavily armored man with several fire-arms and cannisters of gas opened fire at a midnight screening for The Dark Knight Rises in a shopping mall theatre located in Aurora, Colorado. Fourteen people are currently reported dead with fifty or more wounded from the attack. The youngest victim was a six year old girl. Continue reading
